The Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology provides comprehensive women’s healthcare services covering adolescence, pregnancy, childbirth, and menopause. With a strong foundation in fetal medicine and high-risk pregnancy management, we are committed to delivering safe, ethical, and evidence-based care.

The department is headed by a highly experienced OBGYN specialist, recognized as one of the best fetal scan and gynecology experts in the region, with extensive experience in managing complex and high-risk cases.

In 2001, fetal medicine work was started with Dr. Suresh (Mediscan) and the First Fetal Medicine Centre in Erode district was established. The department conducts regular hands-on training in ultrasound procedures, organizes frequent CMEs and workshops, and actively participates in OG society and Rotary service activities, with a vision to provide comprehensive care with high standards and ethics.

OBGYN
